Women's Roll Down Skirt

A fun, flirty cotton/spandex skirt that features a popular roll-down waistband to help flatter the stomach area and adjust length! It has a center front and back vertical seams and a coverstitched bottom hem help add structure. Hits 4” above knee. The fabric is made from pre-shrunk and laundered 95% cotton 5% spandex and has a fabric weight of 7 oz.
